The myth that a coder must have years and years of experience to start a successful company is just that, a myth. David Heinemeier Hansson elaborated on this when he spoke on “Creating Software in the Real World” at FOWA Dublin. I’ll admit I have been perving tough on David, one of the founders of 37 signals and creator of rails. One thing that really stuck out in his talk was when he said “I didn’t start coding when I was 6, but 21…” Love it. I’ve been going through some rails tutorials and learning as much as I can. I can’t wait to be able to make my very own web app built on this incredible language.
