Build on the Side
I recently watched an excellent presentation by rails founder David Heinemeier, his blog here, at startup school 08’. He talked about how he and his team built basecamp on the side. In the beginning he would bill only 10 hours/week. There were a total of 3 people involved with other commitments. This just goes to show great products can be created without enough time.
